On 17 October 2014 we launched a consultation seeking views on how we propose to administer specific requirements of the Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) for the 2015 to 2017 obligation period (‘ECO2’) in line with The Electricity and Gas (Energy Company Obligation) Order 2014.
The consultation asked for views on three sets of questions:
- Definition of non-gas fuelled premises.
- Qualifying warranties for replacement boilers.
- Warranties for replacement electric storage heaters.
In total we received 18 responses, which we have published below. We have also published our response to this consultation which sets out how we have taken into account the submissions that we received, and explains the changes we have made to our proposed policies.
