We are seeking views on how we administer planned changes to the ECO4 and GBIS schemes. We are also seeking comments on draft updates to scheme guidance documents.
Who should respond
We invite views from scheme stakeholders and the public, particularly from obligated suppliers and supply-chain partners.
Background
Following a mid-scheme review, government will be making some changes to both the ECO4 and GBIS schemes. These changes include to:
- deliverability
- installation standards
- minor changes to ECO4 and GBIS
This consultation details how we propose to administer the planned changes. Your views on this consultation will help inform our planned approach.
We have also published proposed guidance updates for comment, which reflect our administration proposed in the consultation.
Why your views matter
We want to administer the ECO4 and GBIS schemes in a way that provides a positive experience for stakeholders, meets government expectations and maximises value money.
Your responses will help us to do this by providing feedback on whether our proposed administration meets these aims, and any aspects which might be done better differently.
