This proposal seeks to amend Rule 4.6.1 specifically to clarify that, where a party is appealing a decision at Tier 1 and is conditionally prequalified, the requirement (deadline) to post Credit Cover for the relevant CMU falls 15 Working Days from date of the Tier 1 appeal outcome.
