Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence.
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 August 2013 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Rhiannon Wind Farm Limited (company number 08249910) whose registered office is situated at Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, Great Britain, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
