This proposal from Energy UK seeks to simplify the prequalification process for CMUs that opt-out over multiple consecutive years. It proposes to either allow participants to submit an ‘evergreen’ opt-out which only expires once the CMU opts-in, or to enable providers to submit a declaration that the information from a previous opt-out remains the same.
