Consultation on proposed licence modification for the Kintyre-Hunterston reinforcement under the Strategic Wider Works arrangements

We are publishing our decision under section 11A(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989 to make modifications to Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc’s (SHE Transmission’s) electricity transmission licence.  This follows a statutory consultation on the proposed licence changes which we published on 18 December 2013 (the December consultation).  The modifications will take effect on 16 September 2014.

We are also publishing the Decision Notice, which details the modifications to SHE Transmissions Electricity Transmission Licence including any minor alterations we have made since the statutory consultation.
