GEMA chairman David Gray appeared as a guest speaker at the 6th World Forum on Energy Regulation (WFER), which took place in Istanbul between 25 and 28 May 2015.
Contributing to an international panel, he talked about smarter regulation, specifically our work to regulate for innovation and the related benefits this is generating for Britain’s energy consumers.
He was joined by Ofgem’s senior partner for electricity transmission, Martin Crouch, who spoke on smart grids and systems. This covered our work at a European level on how flexibility can contribute to smarter systems and the next steps to unlock it.
