Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the Grant of an Electricity Supply Licence.
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 7 August 2013 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Altitude Energy Supply Limited (company number 08500842) whose registered office is situated at Alliance House, Clayton Green Business Park, Library Road, Clayton Le Woods, Chorley, PR6 7EN, Great Britain authorising it to supply electricity to any premises situated in Great Britain.
