We are publishing our second decision document on the End of Tender Revenue Stream. This advances the framework for extensions, where appropriate, of regulatory revenue periods for Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) assets, as well as setting out those issues to be considered further as we continue to advance our work in this space.
We have taken these decisions after considering feedback from stakeholders, including that submitted in response to our consultation document issued on 22 June 2022. Non-confidential responses to the consultation are now available to view on the consultation page.
