In accordance with Condition C9 of its Electricity System Operator licence, National Energy System Operator (“NESO”) is required to conduct an annual review of all statements set out under that condition, proposing changes as necessary.
Outside of this annual review process, NESO can submit ad hoc changes to the C9 statements. This letter outlines our response to NESO's September 2024 ad hoc submission of changes to C9.
