Decision on NGET’s 2022 MSIP Re-opener Applications

On 19 April 2023, we published a consultation on a proposal to modify a defined term "NGET Redacted Information Document" in SpC 1.1.16 and Appendix 1 of SpC 3.14 (Medium Sized Investment Projects (MSIP) Re-opener and Price Control Deliverable (MSIPREt)).



Following consideration of the responses, we have decided to modify SpC 1.1.16 and SpC 3.14 in the manner set out in the consultation. The responses we received have been published on our website.
