The Authority decision to send back the Connection and Use of System Charges Modification Proposal CMP288.
CMP288 seeks to introduce explicit charging arrangements to recover additional costs incurred by Transmission Owners (TOs) and Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) liable parties as a result of a User-initiated delay to the Completion Date of the works, or to facilitate a backfeed. We are sending the Proposal back to obtain greater clarity on the proposed categories of costs to be introduced into the CUSC.
