RIIO-2 Physical Security Re-opener Final Determinations 2025

As part of the RIIO-2 price control, network companies can apply for additional allowances via the Physical Security Re-opener uncertainty mechanism.
A number of network companies submitted applications under this re-opener between May and June 2024. With most re-opener applications, once we have undertaken an assessment of the proposals, we would publish a public consultation on our assessment to gather stakeholder feedback and then issue our decisions after considering responses. Given the sensitive nature of these projects, we did not publicly consult on our determinations. Unlike our Draft Determinations, our Final Determinations do not contain sensitive information and therefore may be made public.
