Decision

On 24 April 2014 we published our decision not to veto a number of modifications to National Grid Gas Distribution's (NGGD) connection charging methodology. We also said that we would publish a consultation on a further modification they proposed to change the conditions when an Advanced Reservation Capacity Agreement (ARCA) is required, given the potential impact on other parties.

We are minded to allow NGGD to make this change to its methodology. However given the potential impact on other parties, this consultation seeks views on the impact of this change, particularly on large scale projects where the need for an ARCA may now be triggered.
