We are consulting on the financial parameters of the cap and floor regime for Window 3 electricity interconnectors and risk considerations for Offshore Hybrid Assets (Ofgem opened the OHA pilot scheme (formerly MPI pilot scheme) in September 2022, with the aim of creating a regulatory framework to support the early development of OHAs connecting to GB).
We would like views from people with an interest in these topics. We particularly welcome responses from developers of, and key counterparties of these projects. We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public.
The consultation is open from 1 September to 29 September 2023.
