NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 14 January 2014 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Shale Gas UK Limited (company number 8395727) whose registered office is situated at Carrington Accountants, 14 Mill Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire , BD1 4AB, UK, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic and domestic premises situated in the UK.
